Genesis 14
And it came about in the days of Amraphel king of Shinar, Arioch king of Ellasar,
Chedorlaomer king of Elam, and Tidal king of Goiim (Gen. 14:1)
that they made war with Bera king of Sodom, and with Birsha king of Gomorrah,
Shinab king of Admah, and Shemeber king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela (that is, Zoar) (Gen. 14:2)
All these came as allies to the valley of Siddim (Gen. 14:3)
they had served Chedorlaomer, but the thirteenth year they rebelled (Gen. 14:4)
in the fourteenth year Chedorlaomer defeated the Rephaim in Ashteroth-karnaim
and the Zuzim in Ham and the Emim in Shaveh-kiriathaim (Gen. 14:5
And the Horites in their mount Seir (Gen. 14:6 KJV)
Then they turned back and came to En-mishpat (that is, Kadesh),
and conquered all the country of the Amalekites, and also the Amorites (Gen. 14:7)
the king of Sodom, and the king of Gomorrah, and the king of Admah,
and the king of Zeboiim, and the king of Bela and they joined battle (Gen. 14:8 KJV)
against Chedorlaomer king of Elam and Tidal king of Goiim and Amraphel king of Shinar
and Arioch king of Ellasar-- four kings against five (Gen. 14:9)
the valley of Siddim was full of tar pits; and the kings of Sodom and Gomorrah fled,
and they fell into them. But those who survived fled to the hill (Gen. 14:10)
And they took all the goods of Sodom and Gomorrah (Gen. 14:11 KJV)
And they took Lot, Abram's brother's son, who dwelt in Sodom (Gen. 14:12 KJV)
a fugitive came and told Abram the Hebrew (Gen. 14:13 KJV)
when Abram heard that his brother was taken captive, he armed his trained servants,
three hundred and eighteen, and pursued them (Gen. 14:14 KJV)
he divided his forces against them by night (Gen. 14:15 NAS)
And he brought back all the goods, and also brought again his brother Lot (Gen. 14:16 KJV)
And the king of Sodom went out to meet him (Gen. 14:17 KJV)
And Melchizedek king of Salem brought forth bread and wine (Gen. 14:18 KJV)
Blessed be Abram of the most high God, (Gen. 14:19 KJV)
And he gave him tithes of all (Gen. 14:20 KJV)
And the king of Sodom said unto Abram, Give me the persons, and take the goods to thyself (Gen. 14:21 KJV)
And Abram said to the king of Sodom (Gen. 14:22 KJV)
I will not take a thread or a sandal thong or anything that is yours (Gen. 14:23 KJV)
I will take nothing except what the young men have eaten (Gen. 14:24 KJV)
